General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jeetbuzz website and all services offered under it ("Platform"). This document acts as a legal agreement between the entity operating the Platform ("jeetbuzz") and the registered user ("you" or "member").

jeetbuzz is an online entertainment platform that offers sports betting, casino games, live casino and other gaming services. The Platform is intended solely for individuals of legal age (21 years or older).

The words "site", "platform" or "service" used in these Terms refer to the jeetbuzz website, mobile application and all activities conducted through them.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply equally to accessing the site, browsing, opening an account, making a deposit, playing games or any other form of interaction. jeetbuzz may from time to time issue separate special conditions for specific services, which will apply alongside these general Terms.

Account Registration

To open an account on jeetbuzz you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. The member is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the jeetbuzz support team immediately. Any loss resulting from sharing account details with a third party is the user's own responsibility.

2.3 Updating Your Information

If any information provided at registration changes (such as your mobile number or email), contact jeetbuzz customer support as soon as possible to have it updated. jeetbuzz is not responsible for delays in withdrawals or verification caused by outdated or incorrect information.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All services on jeetbuzz are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

jeetbuzz may at any time request documents from any member to verify their age and identity. If such a request is not responded to within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 KYC Process

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, jeetbuzz may request a copy of a national identity card, passport or birth certificate. Completing this verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed. If any document submitted is found to be fake or misleading, the account will be closed immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions on jeetbuzz are carried out using payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major banks).
• Once a deposit is successful, it is credited to the account as quickly as possible.
• Use only payment accounts registered in your own name; deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Bonuses and Promotions

jeetbuzz offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your balance ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 to become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

jeetbuzz runs various promotions including a weekly recharge bonus, cricket festival bonus, birthday special reward, friend referral bonus and weekend slot bonus. The eligibility, wagering and time-limit conditions for each promotion are different.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash; they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• A promotion can be claimed only once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If bonus fraud or misuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• jeetbuzz reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Certain rules must be followed when placing bets and playing games on jeetbuzz. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.1 Bet Placement Conditions

• A bet can only be placed if there is sufficient balance in the account.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error or connection loss, jeetbuzz will make a decision at its own discretion.
• After a match or event has started, live betting will only be available in specific markets.

6.2 Result Determination

The official results of the relevant sports governing body (such as BCCI or ICC) are used to determine bet outcomes. If an event does not take place or is abandoned, jeetbuzz will determine the outcome in accordance with standard betting rules.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Casino and live casino games are operated on software provided by third-party game providers (such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, JILI and PG Soft). The outcomes of these games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no result is predetermined.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbuzz platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and may lead to legal action.

• Fraudulent activity, match-fixing or deceiving other members.
• Misusing the bonus system or repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using any software, bot or automated method to place bets.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorised access to jeetbuzz's systems.
• Collecting or misusing other users' personal information.
• Any activity that damages jeetbuzz's reputation or the quality of its services.

Account Suspension and Closure

jeetbuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Detection of suspicious transactions or indications of fraud.
• Receipt of a court order or legal directive.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, jeetbuzz will process a refund of the applicable balance (excluding bonuses); however, this may not apply if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Privacy and Data Protection

jeetbuzz gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. Details of how information collected during site registration and use is stored and used are provided in our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. Users' payment information is not shared with third parties, except that limited information may be provided where required by law or for fraud investigation.

Responsible Gaming Policy

jeetbuzz believes that betting and gaming should be for entertainment only. We follow a responsible gaming policy and encourage members to do the same.

10.1 Self-Control Options

Members can request deposit limits, session limits or a temporary break for their account. These options are available through jeetbuzz customer support.

10.2 Minor Protection

No one under the age of 21 may use the platform. If a minor could have access to your device, keep your account locked and your login details private. If underage use is detected, the associated account will be closed.

Limitation of Liability

jeetbuzz provides its services on an "as is" basis. jeetbuzz is not liable in the following circumstances.

• If a bet is cancelled due to an internet connection failure or technical issue.
• If a transaction fails due to a delay or error with a third-party payment service.
• If login details are leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• If services are disrupted due to unexpected natural disasters, cyber attacks, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.

In any situation, jeetbuzz's maximum liability for direct or indirect losses will be limited to the amount that was held in the relevant member's account.

Changes to Terms

jeetbuzz reserves the right to amend, modify, or add new terms to these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance by email or through the site in the case of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken to mean that the member has agreed to the new terms. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly.
